What's the best mac app/method available to to make a good quality slideshow dvd for home system viewing. I have a few unsorted thousand imgs I want to store. I don't want fancy menus and the sort, just a simple slideshow with maybe fading transitions and audio background, though that's not necessary.

I just want something simple. I've been using and ooold copy of ulead dvd picture show, which was good, but it crashes often. is there anything better?

FotoMagico is the best in my opinion. Second place goes to Photo-to-Movie. Toast 7 and 8 are bundled with Motion Pictures that does this. There's iMovie, of course. I believe you can also export iPhoto slide shows as QuickTime movies that can become video DVDs with Toast or iDVD.
