    Hi,

I have a backup of a DVD movie. It has two movie versions: regular commercial and director's cut. The DVD is in Italian but there are also director's comments in English.

The main menu has language options: Italian or English but if English chozen, it gives only director's comments in English.

When playing the DVD with Nero Showtime, there are only two language options: Italian and director's comments in English.

But if VIDEO_TS.IFO is opened in IfoEdit, I see Audio 1: English (Dolby AC-3) 6ch 48Kbps DRC. Below are the two Italian language tracks (AC3 and DTS) and after that come director's comments. Such layout probably means there is English.

How can I make the DVD audio in English? Thank you.

When playing the DVD in the DVD player hit the audio button to cycle through all of the audio tracks. If the English version isn't there than it means it was removed when the original was backed up.

Thank you. I am afraid that is exactly the case. As I mentioned above, I could not locate the English language version.

    It is a real pity......................
