  1. Vista's codename within mSoft was "backscratcher", as its payback to all the hardware companies for supporting msoft. However many trolls & hardware vendors they pay/employ to say "vista aint that bad/ vista is good" people dont believe it, business dont believe it, just a few noobies buying retail think they NEED the latest. And yes, a dell without windows is more expensive than one with windows. Actually I havent tried it(vista), as I know the drivers just aint there. Now what was that question again?
Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons.

    *Bingo*

These are folks who, if they told the truth about how bad Vista really is, would find themselves unemployed because who will buy any magazines (or read blogs/websites) shilling Vista PCs if the very pundits writing for them tell you the emperor has no clothes?

I can't comment much on this article because I just see too many things that suggest that most posters here don't do much PC work, thats actually the reason why I joined. I saw many PC problem articles where the advice was just way too off.

The only thing I have to say in here is please PLEASE keep your Measurements straight.

You tried to run vista with 1.5MB of ram? GB, Gigibyte not megabyte. Yeah 512K of ram is really lean, you wouldn't be able to load windows 2 let alone 3.11 for work groups with that. 512MB maybe.

Tigerdirect is not a good place to buy a system, they are only better than say your best buys because they have more parts, thats it. Too pricey, not knowledgeable, and poorly configured items are top its list too.
