Simple Fix For Sony Camcorder

I own 2 sony camcorders. A vx 2000 and a vx 2100. The 2000 had gotten to the point that zooming in or out would cause it to lose focus. As we video weddings and such this was presenting a problem. We called sony to locate a repair center and guess what. When I described the problem he just had me to remove the battery and hit the reset button. Good as new now.
