Problem with (Samsung SV-DVD645P) region changing

i have read many topics about how to do it on this specific machine
i think they even would work but there is 1 problem
many of them say HOLD - STOP and PLAY or PLAY and FORWARD
and then it should say No disc or No disc inserted
But that text Wont come to screen
i unplugged the power then turned it on under DVD mode and then hold the buttons the text just wont come

i tried 100 diffirent ways clicking holding turning on when holding waited 10sec after boot and hold and lots of other ways it wont say no disc

then i tried it under vcr mode and it said no tape inside and i tried the keysequence but its not working and isnt supposed to so no wonder

but still the problem is that it wont say the text
i dont know whats wrong?
i tried running cds they run perfectly fine

i relly hope someone can help me ?

Press and hold PLAY and FW
"No Disc" is displayed
Release the keys
Press SUBTITLE
Enter the corresponding combination for your current RC (see top of the page)
Current RC should be displayed
Press the button for the desired RC (9=codefree)
Press SUBTITLE
Turn the player off
