hi,
I'd like to recreate the procoder effect in cce (or any other encoder).
I'm not sure where to start, so I thought I'd ask for some opinions before I smack my head up against a wall too many times trying to approximate the effect with blind trial and error.
Anybody tried it before?
Any ideas which filters would be required?

I'd say there's a small degree of smoothing and some heavier brightness/contrast changes.
The contrast ratio is higher than source I'd say.
To me I see loss of background/smaller detail, less blur in foreground, which makes the images appear clearer, when in fact they've lost detail.
I don't really know. 8) -

My Procoder 2 used to be fine, but now it does this too, makes video dark. Still not soft. No idea WTF happened. Few weird things happened when I moved my computers. Don't think I changed anything, but cannot promise.
I've switched to MainConcept for now, and just give it more bitrate. Works fine.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)
