As the subject states, I own a, Toshiba D-R2SU DVD Recorder. My MAJOR headache is, when I try to record something it states that the disc is dirty. This can happen RIGHT after I hit, "Record" or, it'll happen after approximately eight minutes of recording. I have tried almost EVERY brand of, DVD-R discs and this issue keeps arising. PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!! I'm at my wits end with this problem.

You might download a freeware program like DVDInfoPro which can identify the manufacturer of the disks you have tried. There are only a few manufacturers that make most of the brands. It is possible that you are testing the product from only one manufacturer sold under a different label.
Sometimes you will run into a less reputable manufacturer "borrowing" the id code from a preferred vendor. I have some of those and they are not good.
