Add Chapters to a VOB file

I have several home movies recorded with a Sony DVD cam. I can copy the VOB files from one of my recorded disk onto my PC's harddrive and burn the disk fine (with chapters and all) onto a 4.7 GB DVD. Im looking for a way (freeware if possible) to taked several of my homemade movie (1.4 GB) disks and burn (consolidate) them onto a regular 4.7 (GB) DVD. I can burn (using NERO) several of the home movies onto one of the DVD's, but I lose the ability to select what chapter I want to view. The video just plays from start to finish. Can anybody help me burn those VOB files without losing the chapters?

You have Nero... use Nero Vision (Express if ver. 6) to combine and re-chapter. There are various ways you can chapter in NVE. With 'Smart Encoding' ticked it won't re-encode.
