    Hello, I downloaded Lord of the Rings SVCD and it is in MPEG2 format when I extract it from the cue/bin file. I would like to make it into a MPEG1 but have no idea on how to do that. If someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

    The only way to do that is to re-encode the MPEG. Question: what's wrong with MPEG2?
