    I've pretty much done my research and I can't find anything. The vobsub filter is supposed to be able to read .ass files, which are advanced substation alpha subs. My vobsub only opens when it is an srt file. Why doesn't it append a .ass sub to the corresponding video file when i play the video file? Does anyone know? Thanks in advance for answering my question.
