I've just joined a site that lets you play their music.
When i click on the music icon i get.

I'll be totally honest, i'm a newbie in regards to all this, i have Adobe Flash Player 9

Typically when you get that screen, there is a link / button to press to access the update. I've had this happen a few times recently, and for me it appears to only happen when there actually isn't an active broadcast...I can't explain why.
You could try deleting the temp files and cookies in your browser, close all instances of the browser, then reopen it and try again. Or try uninstalling the flash player, reboot, and reinstall the latest version. If all else fails, contact the website for help.Google is your Friend -
in addition - it might be the version or type of browser you are using

I get this on some sites and not others. I suspect the Nortoon Personall Firewall settings, or my IE security settings are blocking certain sites traffic. Hasn;t been enough of a problem for me to track it down.
