Hey guys I've had this problem for a few years but only recently found out about this forum and website. Hopefully I can get some help. Over the years I've had multiple tapes go bad on me after I record something. New or used I always end up with nothing taped after a few days or so. It literally disappears on me a few days or weeks afterwards. If it doesn't disappear then instead I get pixelated images with no audio or no audio with just video. I've used 3 different cameras over the years and still the same thing! Help? Thanks!

Unless you are storing your tapes in a very strong magnetic field, I'm not aware of anything that might cause that.
But others may have some ideas.
And welcome to our forums. -
You are storing your tapes in a magnetic field.
Where are they stored?
What is around them?
