I have a 40-minute DVD I made years ago, using Premier to go from videotape --> avi --> m2v, then using Ulead to get my m2v onto a DVD, as VOB files. I'd like to expand and supplement that disc, by adding another 15 minutes, but I don't want to lose any video quality. What's the best software for either (1) conversion of a VOB back to m2v, with no quality loss, or (2) adding an additional m2v file to a DVD, so it will appear as an additional title?

do you want to keep the menu?
if not you can easily use tmpgenc dvd author, add dvd video and add the dvd and then add your new video. -
Hey, thanks!! I already owned DVD Author 1, from a year or two ago, and it worked fine. The added part showed up as a new chapter in the same title, which is fine for that project.
Much obliged!
