I have a still-shot menu I'm using on a DVD, allowing people to choose from one of two programs. There's about a 2 minute audio part to it that plays. However, when the audio completes, the video presentation goes partly out of focus until a menu choice is made. Is there an XML trick to replay the menu (and audio) if it completes prior to a choice being made?

click on the 'menu timeout options' button on the menu editor. It looks like a small timer. Tell it to simply loop the current menu.

Worked great, thanks. BTW, is there any way to reset the forced one second (minimum) pause to zero seconds? When it reaches the end of the audio, the video blurs for 1 second until the menu restarts itself.

In my tests, I have found that at 0 seconds, the DVD does not work correctly. You can always bypass it in the XML, but it will be up to your dvd player to play it correctly.
