Well first off i took the sites advice and im using convertxtodvd to convert a 41 episode ogm files of mobile suit gundam. once they are done with a menu and stuff it there a way to take those videos that were converted and use them in a different program to burn with better menus. if so and if not so what is the best burning program for me to purchase including cool custom menus maybe even animated and music in the background. my last question is when you use convertx to burn or whatever program can you make it so each episode is just one scene with 41 scenes in all on different discs of course if so how?

You are asking about authoring. Burning is the easy part. After you have encoded your videos, you need a authoring program for advanced menus and to create the DVD format. I would first look at DVD Lab Pro. It should be able to do most of what you want.
This is the 'long way' to create a DVD. (First encode, then author, then burn.) The all in ones are easy, but not usually the best. You can reauthor your ConvertX files with DVD Lab Pro or most other authoring programs.
May not be easy or fast, though. The higher end authoring programs take a fair amount of study and work to make more advanced menus. And you can often do the same or similar with freeware authoring programs like DVDAuthorgui or GUI for dvdauthor. But with even more work and a few other graphics programs.
But we have guides to the left. <<<<<<
