Hi agian guys.
Just a quick question. I have been looking around a bit to see if I can remove hardcoded subtitles from an avi file.(My subtitles were out of sync) Is there a program that can remove them completly, or would it just be easier to re-encode the dvd? (I started re-encoding already, but was just curious(takes about 3-4 hours for re-encode, wanted to watch the film right now).
- I'm pretty sure re-encoding is the way to go then Subsync them but just want to make sure.

The image behind the subs is gone. You will get much better results by re-encoding than you ever would trying to remove them. Aside from the fact that removing them would involve re-encoding anyway.
