i'm tryn' to limit the file size in VirtualDubMod but i have a little problem...
i dont know what to do after i calculated the target bitrate to get to 700 MB.
as you can see:
i entered the MB (the red mark) and it calculated the bitrate...
now what am i supposed to do with the value that i'v got in the blue mark?
and what else do i need to take under consideration? is the subtitle weight is really necessary?
do i need to change some Audio Configuration?
Thanks...

After entering closing the calculator the bitrate will be automatically fllled in in the prior dialog. Now all you have to do is save the file. If you're using single pass encoding just select Save As. If you're using two pass encoding (which gives better results) select Twopass 1st pass and Save As (Xvid will only be examining the video during this pass, there will be nothing in the output file), then select Twopass 2nd pass and Save As once again to produce the final output file.
