I had a company do a conversion of some really old video footage of family events. They seem to have done a good job, but there isn't a menu to speak of - just one similar to one a DVD recorder would produce. The chapter points I also want to change. I'm happy to do these two simple jobs, as I have done them many times before. One thing I would also like to do, that I haven't attempted in the past is re-ordering the chapters. Is this possible in SVS Shrink or VSO ConvertX to DVD?
I also wanted to know how I'd go about actually converting the DVD files to a file useable in a video editor, adding transitions, effects etc and then exporting and changing back to DVD without ANY loss in quality. Any help appreciated!

1. Easiest, import the dvd in tmpgenc dvd author and remake the menu and chapters.
2. Mpeg Video Wizard DVD, can import vobs directly and add transitions and such and will only reencode where the transitions are.
