  1. Alright, i've searched the forum but couldn't find a statisfying answer.
When i convert a divx to VCD format i get out of sync problems every time.....i haven't managed to make one that's isn't out of sync.....

I've tried putting the wav separerately but same thing, also the sound is sometimes choppy.....but the wav wasn't....any way to do something about this?

  2. First, try looking for freezes in your divx file... these almost certanily lead to audio sync problems... do this either using Virtualdub 1.4.8 or go to divx-digest.com and download the Virtualdub-VBR-MP3 fix which also allows you to check for freezes... if you have some bad frames, use avidefreezer to fix them... if this still doesn't solve your problem, come back and post more info like the frame rate of your file and the specific way you're accomplishing encoding.

  3. It already happens at the beginning in my converted file, the sound just 'misses' some places. If i listen to the WAV, that one's fine....
I'm trying to convert a file with the following properties :

    Audio : MPEG Layer-3,156 kBit/s, 48,000 Hz, Stereo
    Vidoe : 640 x 272, 24 Bits, 137766 Frames, 23.976 Frames/Sec, 124 KB/Sec, DIVXMPG4 V3
