    I have a desire to transfer my WMV file on a dvd player.

    Can the WMV file be converted to work on a dvd or cd to work directly from the dvd player to the television?

    Thanks in advance for any feedback

    Yes, but wmv is a tricky source file format. Try Super to convert it to DVD specs mpg, and author with a real authoring app like TDA.
