I would decribe my knowledge with videos and editing as intermediate and am currently using womble mpeg editor. I would like the experts here to recommend another program for me to try and buy that can do the following

edit mpeg movies (as i capture from TV a lot)
titling facility
transition between segments
audio within video handling

PS i find vegas too complicated when i tried working on it at a friends place
