    Has anyone tried a DVD to MP4 conversion using TMPGEnc Xpress?

    What is the most efficient Average and Maximum bitrate setting in terms of quality-to-filesize ratio?

    Use a bitrate calculator to work this out. Filesize is a product of bitrate X running time. VideoCalc is pretty good. Set your custom size, it will give you your average bitrate.
