Ok so I am using ffmpegX to converting some home movies from .VOB to .MOV files so I can upload them on a baby website thats premade. The file can not be any bigger than 40MB Is there any way I can do this? I thought I could go under options and just change the file size but I can't.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Convert the VOB to DivX (with no loss of quality). Then convert the result to H264 or mpeg4.

You can also just reduce the bitrate and/or frame size of the .MOV file and export to another .MOV.
