I desire a wireless keyboard and mouse that have a solid working range of at least 12 feet. I am wondering wheither i should care if its RF or Bluetooth. Also, I would love a keyboard that has a touch pab built in (like the touchpad mouse on all Laptops). I'd like to be able to easily navigate windows, Media player classic, other programs, as well as be able to play some games. So should i expect a wireless mouse to be able to keep up in FPS games? Also, a reasonable battery life would be nice and a reasonable price. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks!
PS- oh and any body have a suggestion on a setup for using a wireless mouse and keyboard sitting 10-15ft from the HDTV/comp moniter? like a tv tray or certain kind of counter/table or good ol' fashioned keyboard in lap and mouse on lamp table next to chair? ha thanks again

you"d need to Google for that to get some "independent" opinion. One thing though, stick with a good brand. I prefer Microsoft products (use 5000 and 6000 laser) seems better to me then Logitech, but that's just me (no flame pls).

I use the Logitech Cordless Desktop S510 Keyboard and Mouse Combo and haven't had any problems with it.
If it's too loud, then you're too old.
