how can i make dvd , of my mpeg videos , i mean how can i store more videos or data no problem if the resulotion is low , on my dvd writer and later i can see it my dvd player

To author your files on DVD you first need to know exactly what they are now. I use AviCodec and GSpot. Open your video files in these programs and they will give you information on codec used, bitrates, framesizes, and if they are playable on your computer or if you need to install a certain codec to do so. Also a good place to start.
