  1. Hi!

I have a little problem. I just downloaded a series of tutorial video files but on my media player (xbox) only the video is playing becouse of a missing audio codec.

How can I convert the existing audio track on each tutorial clip without re- rendering the video track?

The audiocodec is called "ACELP.net". Best would be to convert this codec to mp3.

How can I do such a conversion or which tool is useful for that?

    Thanks a lot

    Hank

You'll want this one installed first : Audio Codec Tag 130 may be requested when Acelp.net Codec is missing

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Acelp_net_Codec.htm ... the audio codec you asked about .

Then it'll depend on that video clip ... I'll just say , gspot and / or mediainfo , on the pc may be able to tell you what it is ... as you say "xbox" .

You might be able to , once this codec is installed , convert the audio to mp3 , but which tool .

I think well wait till gspot of mediainfo results are known before we can confirm which tool you should use to do the conversion .
