Hello ppl,
I need some help in choosing a BT 848/878 based card...
I read Hauppauge Wintv Go and ATI TV Wonder are among them.....
Which is a better one???
Features are not important, its for some experimental purpose... so price is an issue... budget is arnd 50$.
Are there ne other brands?
Plsss help
Thanks in advance
Cheers

From your choices listed, I'd go with Hauppauge. The only thing I do not like about my Hauppauge is that I have to use their funky adapter to connect composite. But I've read countless stories about ATI using Macrovision, so that would be out in my book. Actually, the one I like best is the Pinnacle PCTV card. It has both composite and S-video connections, no funky adapters. All three have the same video quality as far as I can see. The all have the same bt878 chip in them.
