Hi!
I converted my DVDs to MPG2 SVCD compatible streams with 2 Audio Channels. Now before I burn them I wanna check whether they are in sync or not. Does anyone know a software player where I can change the Audio Channel??
Thx a lot...

One method that will work:
1) Convert your MPEG-2 file to an SVCD bin/cue image with VCDImager.
2) Load the bin/cue image as "Virtual CDROM" with Daemon Tools.
3) Play the SVCD with WinDVD.
I admit this looks complicated, but it is my experience that you cannot select between different audio channels when you play the MPEG-2 from harddisk (neither with WinDVD or PowerDVD). Also PowerDVD does not recognise SVCD discs, that is why I use WinDVD.
Last TIP: when you make an SVCD image, you should include an (empty) SEGMENT folder, or else WinDVD will not recognise the disc as SVCD...
For a tutorial on how to make an SVCD with VCDImager, see my postings in this topic. -
Thanks a lot dudes!
I had the same question to ask, and the answer given is great. I had made an image with Nero but the Daemon Tools version I have doesn't support the Nero Image format. I'll try with VCDImager then.
