    I'll get right to the point.

    I am trying to convert a DV video quicktime source to a Windows Media 9. The source is 4 minutes but I only get 30 seconds converted! I am using the latest quicktime pro player with the export option.

    Also, how do I letter box the source? I see no options to do this in the WM9 convert options. Thanks.

    never mind i got it!! Obviously it was because it is a trial. This was from flip4mac. I need to "upgrade."

    Instead of paying the flip-folk $49 to upgrade to Studio (which
    removes the 30-second conversion limit), try VisualHub ($23)
    which does a bunch of other nice things, too.
