wont load up since re formatting pc

hi there iv recently formatted my pc iv had both versions ov svcd2dvd for over 3 yrs but when i av redownloaded them there coming up with errors.
firstly on th 2.1 version im getting a common language runtime debugging services error.
secondly on v1.5 im getting system drawing error.
please can someone help me to put this right im in desperation here.i cant get on with anything with out it!
im not sure if there is something i havnt put right by reformatting or something i need to download to get it working.hope someone can help me asap. thankx

certainly you can hang for that long, can't you ?

Meanwhile, I'll move your to our SVCD2DVD forum where you might get some more answers. Most commonly, try downloading the application again as it may have been corrupted when you DL'd it the first time.

Firstly have you installed .Net Framework 1.1 and .Net Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1?
