I want to copy a dvd. DVD Shrink gave an error message so I ripped the dvd
with DVDFabDecrypter and then I opened it with DVD Shrink. It worked,
but the size is to high to fit on one dvd!

Is there anything I can do about that? I want it to fit on a normal DVD
not on a DVD 9. It should fit because the original DVD is also a normal DVD.

How big is it after passing it through dvd shrink? Did you remove all the zero byte vobs and unneeded subtitles and audio?

After ripping with Fab, you could also run it by VoBBlanker ,and menushrink, to reduce size! Did you do full movie with shrink? if so then try main movie only!!!!

Okay, I'll try that. What is exactly the difference between full movie and main movie?

DVD Shrink should be able to make a dual layer fit a single, but sometimes the compression ruins the quality. If you choose 4444MB as the output size, then it should fit a dvd R.

If you don't want to keep everything on the disc, then use dvd shrink to delete the stuff you don't want. Then the compression needed to save just the movie won't ruin the picture quality.

Many people are happy just to save the main feature instead of the full disc.

The Diff. is all you will burn and watch is the Main movie and your backup will be a better quality since you will not be compressing all the extra Krap!!!!
