Sorry if this is not right forum to post, but I couldn't find better suited one.
I got a Leadtek TV2000 XP Expert TV Tuner and I'm having problems with it. First I installed the driver that came with it, and when I turned it on, there was choppy screen made of static noise (TV out of tune). The picture was supposed to go 25fps but went only around 15fps, so I downloaded the latest driver and software from Leadtek.com. Ok, I switched it on, and the same choppy screen with static noise came, with blue background appearing sometimes. This is the first problem, but the biggest problem is that I don't know how to tune it! There is nothing about tuning in the manual, no buttons on the remote and I wasn't able to find tuning in the tv viewing application.
    I need help please

There should be a menu option to scan for channels, you don't actually manually tune them. With the ATI software, channel scanning is part of the setup process. Whenever an input of channel lineup change occurs, I just rerun setup.

I finally found how to tune All channels available here were tuned, however on most of them the quality is quite bad.
I know that the quality is usually lower with computer card tuners compared to classic TV's, but I find the quality a bit below acceptable.
Do you think this is a good TV tuner card? I have it only borrowed so I can return it and buy a better one, if there are better ones. What is your opinion?
    Thanks.
Edit> there is also some problem that looks like horizontal lines "mis-positioning", so that the horizontal lines seem to horizontally "fluctuate" is this a common problem with PC TV cards?
