Ok, first of all, hi everybody, ive been looking for this info for ages, and found nothing...

My question is this; i got myself this 700mb movie .avi encoded with DivX, and well, it doesn't have the best resolution i have ever seen in my life...

Is there anyway to raise it?

Will be really thankful if someone help me out with this one

Heres a VirtualDubMod filter list I used recently on a similar project (divx-dvd). I exported the file from VirtualDubMod using Huffyuv codec (lossless) then encoded that to DVD using Tmpgenc. Results were ok.

You should do a test clip before tackling the entire file. My system was only getting about 3-4 fps with these filters. Mighty slow process...

    Good luck.
