Comcast DMR-EH50 and TV Guide On Screen

Greetings,

I am in Augusta GA region, I just got hooked with comcast and I have difficulties to make the TV Guide On Screen to work.

Previously, I was connected with Direct TV and, of course, it was not working. A few days ago, I got comcast installed and I hooked up the DVR with the coax on the outlet, and I was expecting the TV Guide to download.

Can someone tell me what settings or commands I must perform exactly to get it?

I found out the answer by myself. Maybe it will be of some help for other people:
Plug directly the DVR to the wall (and not via a splitter) and plug the comcast DVR from the panasonic. The panasonic DVR will catch the TVGOS in about 24 hours and everything will be fine.
