Haven't seen an answer to this...
I have no problem making MPEG1s with Toast Titanium, but what about menus?
Any pointers to software/shareware that might be available?

If you allready know the requirements for mpeg1 and vcd, then simply use these guides. http://homepage.mac.com/rnc
Modify the parameters for vcd. Line three of the XML that creates menu file structures should read class="vcd", version can be 1 or 2. -
