How to keep the choice of the screen format from the Manu by Re-author?

I want to copy Main Movie only, which contains two different screen formats, the full and wide. So I selected Re-author and then dragged the main movie with the DVD Shrink3.2. However, the choice of the screen format is in the Menu folder that cannot be re-authored. Do you know how to keep the choice of the screen format from the menu folder and the main move so that I can choose the different screen format? In other words, I only want to keep the choice of the screen format and main movie, the full and wide. Thank you for your answer.

You can rip the full disc and then use VobBlanker to blank whatever you choose not to keep.
