    Hi guys...
    I have been desperately trying to capture a video on my screen using SnagIt but all I get is the sound and no video on the screen...just the sound and a black screen.
    Can someone help me please? I would appreciate it so much

    You must turn off overlay / video acceleration. What video player are you using? In WMP under Tools->Options->Performance.

    Im using VLC player...would that be ok? Or should I switch to WMP when I want to capture videos with SnagIt?
