I have been practicing making xvid avi's and I have been using lame mp3 encoder to encode the audio which is 48000 pcm into 48000 192kbps CBR. The problem is that sometimes when i scroll to different parts of the video in WMP or MPC there can be a quick loud high pitch "scratch" the moment when I scroll. It does not seem to happen in Zoom Player. Does anyone know what is causing this? Do I need to re-encode the files?
