    Hi,
If iTunes isn't an option, there is an application called Atomic Parsley that is good for tagging, YAMB is usually the ticket for joining, it probably doesn't like re-muxing the .m4v files, if these are for an iPod there is a special version of mp4Box called Nicmp4box that should do what you want, I'm not great with commandline, so I really can't explain how to do it,

    Nicmp4box is here http://nic.dnsalias.com/NicMP4Box.zip

Google Atomic Parsley, I'm not sure where to get it, The Doom9 forums are a good place to look

Atomic Parsley is open source I believe, I have it inside another program on XP, You could try replacing the mp4box in YAMB with the Nic one and see how that works, just make sure you backup the old one and have the program (YAMB) handy in case it doesn't work and you have to re-install

Nic modified mp4box so that it would output 640x480 AVC mp4's that iPod's would play. Otherwise it should behave the same as a regular build and if you don't have 640x480 AVC mp4's then a regular version should behave the same as Nic's modified one.
