    DVDs can only use MP2, AC3, or WAV. And it has to be 48000HZ (as opposed to 44100HZ of CD/most MP3 music).

    A simple, free way to convert your files is a program called BeSweet. Take a look for it on the net. I use AC3 myself since it is the DVD standard, has good quality (like the WAV) and small size (like the MP2).

    Should also ask where this mp3 came from ... if from online , it could be server side licensed wrapped ... always thinking , not just smoking .
