  1. It seems TMPEG gave spit out an MPG that doesn't have any audio. Damnit. So I used VirtualDub to extract a WAV for me. My question is, can I join these two files together, without having to use TMPEG all over again?

    Thanks!

Use TMPGEnc to convert the wav to mpa audio(select only audio in tmpgenc). Then multiplex the mpg video with the mpa audio. You maybe need to demultiplex the created mpg first to only get the mpg video.

  5. So, does anyone know how to change the bitrate of an MPA or WAV for VCD compliance?
