Can you post the details of your mpeg2 files? You can identify the resolution with latest gspot or mediainfo. The mpeg2 files must be 720x576 or 704x576 if you are making a PAL DVD with Adobe Encore.

352x576 is a valid dvd resolution but adobe encore doesn't support it anyway. But why not capture in 720/704x576? Or switch to another authoring tool like tda, dvd-lab.

i used tda but i could not make intro clip and copyright slide . That is why i switched to encore to have more controle over my dvd authoring . I wish i could re capture. At this moment i have to work with these!!! Is there any solution?
