    what kind of files are those vaf files that are made with CCE 2.64 when i try to encode MPGE-2 files i only want to make svcd movies with CCE SP 2.64 what is the best way ??

    Vaf files are Video Information Files with a vaf file CCE can not use the bitrate you spcifed to the last bit...thats why CCE makes good looking SVCD becuase of Vaf files.

    but do you know what is the best setting for CCE 2.64 for svcd movies from avi format to mpg-2
