Well I understand that when you set it to the "Highest", it will generate better quality....but then if we set it to the "Fast" or "Standard", would the quality be really bad or would it be just about the same?

Amd can someone explain to me the difference among the options "Fast", "Standard", "Highest"? What does each option do?

There is a definite improvement from using the highest setting.

Fast = lowest quality, quickest encoding
Highest = highest quality, slowest encoding
Standard = somewhere between the other two
