Menu Making using AVI2DVD

Well, thanks to the guide I got a bit of how to do it...but now here's the thing, is it possible to add a chapter menu with separate video episodes? also, if you put a certain number of files into the program to make dvd, how much does the quality go?

Quality is, to a point, related strongly to bitrate. As the running time goes up, so the bitrate comes down. The lower the bitrate, the greater the impact on quality, all else being equal.

so it doesn't matter how much media I place into the program to create into a dvd at once each around 20 min so making it 200 minutes.... i can put like 10 videos into one thing? What would be a decent quality timing? also chapter menu?
