I'm using AVI2DVD and I want to make a 29.97fps MPEG1 file, but AVI2DVD is making an 23.976fps MPEG1 File. How can I get AVI2DVD to make only 29fps mpeg1 files, not the 23.976 ones? OR What is the easiest way to make a 23.976 mpeg1 into a 29.97 NTSC Mpeg1 video file? Is there an easier way than converting it?
