    Hi All,

    I have a old video, that was recorded with incorrect color balance (green video), and I was wondering, if I could convert it to a cartoon/animation. Are there any cartoon filters available for VirtualDub or Avisynth?

    Have you tried any other filters to maybe try and correct the color ?
    I've actually restored some pretty bad vid that would have thought to be beyond repair.
