how to do Dubbing (replacing audio of video with diffrent audio)?

Hi all. i got a few video clips and i want to replace its audio with another audio. could any one tell me how this can be done and what i need to do it.Thanks

Virtualdubmod. Streams -> Stream List. Click Add and select your new audio. Click on the old audio and click on Disable. Save th new clip using Direct Stream Copy mode.

Or, if you need better control, use a good audio or video editor to produce the audio track, then replace using the method above.
