Hi, I have 4 different WMV files that I want to convert to MPEG-2 and then author a DVD out of them. I need to be able to set the output size of the resulting MPEG-2 also. Could somebody please tell me what is the best program to use for this? Also, is there a tutorial for it? Thanks!

Tmpgenc should work very well. If you use the project wizard you can see the suspected filesize, or you can simply use a bitrate calculator and setup the program manually.
