    I'm looking for a video card that will ouput to my LCD monitor and also my 780p LCD tv. I'm not a gamer. Is there anything I need to look for so it will work well with the tv?

    The bigger issue is your TV. Some TV's have restrictions on input type and resolution. You may want to check your TV manual to verify it allows connectivity to a PC.

    I'm currently using the tv to display video from my laptop, so that isn't a problem.
